This equipment adopts Advantech Industrial Control Computer to control the testing process, displaying real-time test time, testing pressure curve, test pressure values, and so on. The test results can be automatically saved and printed out. And after power failure, the test results can be automatically saved, the system output pressure can be infinitely adjusted, and the pressurization rate can be freely set. 

Therefore, it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, adjustable output pressure, small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, and wide applicability.

Electrical Control System

The TEREK equipment adopts Siemens 200 smart PLC data acquisition system. The S7-200 smart is a cost-effective, compact data acquisition device developed by Siemens AG in Germany. The S7-200 smart device integrates a certain number of digital I/O points, an RJ45 Ethernet port, and an RS485 interface.

The CPU also integrates functions such as high-speed counters, PID, and motion control, which can meet the testing requirements of various fields for a wide range of users.

The S7-200 smart CPU is equipped with Siemens' dedicated high-speed processing chip from Germany. The processing time of operation instructions is only 0.15s, and its performance is at a leading level among small devices of the same level, fully capable of handling various complex control testing processes.

The collection rate is 150 times per second

The equipment is equipped with SMC brand electrical proportional valves, which can control the boost rate. Realize a more precise hydraulic testing process.
