System configuration:

The safety valve test bench system is mainly composed of power system, valve clamping system, testing system, electrical control system.

1)Power test system: Air drive gas booster pump provide high pressure gas for valve test. Air drive liquid booster pump provide high pressure water for valve test. The nitrogen pressure regulating valve can regulate the output pressure of the nitrogen cylinder to meet the requirements of gas test pressure.

2)Clamping system: The manual hydraulic oil pump device provides clamping power. The clamping force can be adjusted. With output needle valve and pressure gauge.

Cylinder clamping ensures the sealing between the tested parts and the pipeline.

The pressure gauge, valve and pressure regulator will be mounted on the panel. The corresponding sign will also be marked on the panel.
