Maximum 40 Bar output pressure air booster pump station
TEREK pump adopt aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials ,Air boosters are suitable for the oil free compression of air, ATE Series are single acting and single stage driven type. This series of pump driven piston diameter is 80 mm.
TEREK pumps are air driven pressure from 3 to 8bar (43.5 to 116 psi) by the normal air compressor. Basically the theory of operation is similar to a reciprocating amplifier where control of the piston at the end position is regulated by a pilot operated way valve. Its function is to increase the air pressure in the working system by 2-4 times.
Use clean compressed air as the driving power source, gas booster pump for the pressure source, USES the pure air as pressure medium, the output is proportional to the gas is used to drive the air pressure and air pressure. Through the adjustment of air pressure is driven, can get the corresponding pressurized air pressure of a gas. When air pressure is driven with pressurized air gas pressure balance, pneumatic booster pump will stop, gas output air pressure is stable on the preset pressure.
