TEREK computer control safety valve test bench is a new type device designed and manufactured by our company. The structural design are compact. The air driven liquid booster pumps, gas/nitrogen booster pump, precision high pressure gauge, digital display clamping protector, needle valves, control switches, electromagnetic valve, pressure relief regulating valve, pneumatic control ball valve, pressure transducer, data acquisition system, hydraulic clamping device, data printer and other precision accessories are assembled in the frame or closed cabinet.
The test bench can be used to test various safety valves, such as spring direct load safety valves, power auxiliary safety valves, auxiliary loading safety valves, full open, micro open, flange, threaded safety valves, etc. The safety valve test bench is to use high-pressure air or nitrogen as a medium to test the sealing performance, jump pressure, recoil pressure, etc. of the safety valve, and is used for various safety valve setting pressure adjustment, setting pressure test, exhaust pressure test, rear seat pressure test, testing the pressure sealing performance of the safety valve, leakage rate. The safety valve test bench system is mainly composed of power system, valve clamping system, testing system, electrical control system.
1)Power system: Air drive gas or nitrogen booster pump and liquid booster pump, air driving pressure 3-8bar; Provide high pressure for safety valve test.
2)Clamping system: The clamping system is powered by the 0-32mpa output pressure provided by the LDD40 hydraulic booster pump, and the clamping force fully meets the pressure requirements of the safety valve. The safety valve adopts the corresponding connecting fixture of the specification, and is connected with the high-pressure pump gas pipeline;
Cylinder pressure to ensure the sealing between the measured part and the pipeline, separate operation. The liquid booster pump provides high pressure power. Cylinder clamping ensures the sealing between the tested parts and the pipeline.
3)Test system: Pressure range: 0-2.5 MPA, 0 -10 MPA, 0-25 MPA and 0-60MPA. The performance index is up to the accuracy of ± 1%FS, and the range ratio is 60:1 and 64:1.
4) Electrical control and output system. Use efficient and stable software programs. The pressure and time are transmitted to the computer program uniformly through the data acquisition card. The computer program displays, amplifies, records and forms curves for each data.
The data can be printed by the printer. This system adopts the high efficiency and high precision NI company acquisition card imported from the United States. The main parts of the equipment are assembled in closed stainless steel cabinet or stainless steel frames.
The pressure gauge, valve and pressure regulator will be mounted on the panel. The corresponding sign will also be marked on the panel.
