RODUCT DESCRIPTION:
TEREK pressurization and filling equipment with automatic weight control function, using pure compressed air as the driving power source, gas booster pump as the pressure source, FM200, HFC-227ea, oxygen, nitrogen, N2O, CO2 and other gases as the pressurized medium. The output pressure is proportional to the driving gas pressure. By adjusting the pressure of the drive gas source, the corresponding pressure of the pressurized gas can be obtained. When the pressure of the driving gas source is balanced with the pressure of the pressurized gas, the pneumatic booster pump will automatically stop and the output gas pressure will stabilize at the preset pressure. Therefore, it has the characteristics of explosion-proof, energy-saving, environmental protection, adjustable output pressure, small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance and wide application range.
The filling equipment uses compressed air as the power source for filling and conveying HFC-227ea/FM200. When the conveying weight reaches a certain value, the sensor signal is transmitted to the gas electromagnetic valve, the air supply is closed, and the pump stops working. Then connect the nitrogen source, open the high-pressure nitrogen valve and inject nitrogen; When the value displayed by the precision pressure gauge reaches the required nitrogen pressure, close the nitrogen valve; Filling complete; Our equipment has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation and reliable performance. FM200 fire extinguisher gas cylinder automatic weight control booster filling system equipment mainly includes 1 set of pneumatic booster pump, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, air pressure control valve, nitrogen pressure control valve, high pressure stainless steel pipeline, cabinet, electronic scale automatic weighing system, sensor, gas electromagnetic valve and electrical component control system.
The equipment is controlled by a filling weight system of electrical components, and the fill weight can be set in advance. When the filling weight reaches the preset value, the air-operated booster pump will automatically stop filling, and the start or stop filling of the air-operated booster pump is controlled by a solenoid valve. The scale has an indicator light.
Then connect the nitrogen source, open the high-pressure nitrogen valve and inject nitrogen; When the precision pressure gauge shows the required nitrogen pressure, close the nitrogen valve; Filling complete.
